Barb Was Absolutely Amazing

Barb was absolutely amazing. After having two contracts fall through. One because the house did not pass inspection and other because the appraisal came in far lower than the asking price. She was so confident and patient with us. We had started to compromise on our wants but she was more concerned about us loving our new home she didn't let us give in. She walked us through every step of the process. In fact we wake up every morning loving our home and we owe it all to Barb and her expertise. So happy we made the right decision to go with her. If we ever sell or purchase another home she will be the first person we call.
