Another Happy Transaction

Congratulations to Anthony and Lee on purchasing their new home! I couldn't be happier for the two of you.

Anthony and Lee found me through Trulia.com. They had never purchased a home and weren't sure where to start. I connected them with my favorite lender, Brandon Harrell at Fairway Independant Mortgage, who got them approved. Then we started looking at houses. It didn't take long for them to find just the right place.

I met Anthony and Lee at the end of October. They got under contract at the beginning of December, and by the end of the year they were in their new home!!
