Smooth Selling

This was a pretty smooth transaction. I had helped the seller buy this one just about a year ago. After a job change, he needed to sell it again and called me back.

He freshened it up on the inside and removed the planter box on the outside, and I got it on the market.

We listed it a bit higher than I thought it would go, but we sold it at 99% of asking price in under a week. Sometimes the market is a little more generous than we think it will be.

Seller was happy. Transaction was smooth. What more could I ask for?
