A Couple Sales in June

A huge thank you to my new friends, the Scanlons, on trusting me with the purchase of their first home in St. Pete. They're such nice people, and I know they'll be so very happy here.

Another big thanks to Chris who has been looking for a place to do some work on and add value to. Well, we found him a completely gutted condo so he can start from scratch and make it wonderful. I can't wait to see it when you finish, Chris!
