Throwback Thursday: Home Partners of America
I thought it might be fun to go back and look at some older posts you may have missed. These are some of my favorites filled with great info. Even if you already saw this one, it never hurts to be reminded.
This program is perfect for people thinking of buying a home who just aren't quite ready or those of you moving to an area who may want to get a feel for the place before making a purchase. It's kind of a try it before you buy it scenario.
Lease it, Love it, Buy it!
Maybe you aren't quite ready to qualify for a mortgage.
You may qualify for the Lease with a Right to Purchase program.
The Home Partners of America program is intended to provide qualified individuals who are not ready to buy today with a clear path to homeownership in the near future making homeownership a reality for more people.
With our help, you can find a home in a community you want to live in and lease the property for up to 5 years (in most areas). You have the option of purchasing the home at any time during your residency. You have the right to purchase the home or the option of walking away without penalty at the end of your lease. Our program gives you the opportunity to realize the dream of owning your home.
The process is simple and transparent:
Prospective household applies for approval.*
Household finds a Home Partners qualified home.*
Home Partners buys the qualified home, household lease from Home Partners.
Household has the right (but no obligation) to purchase the home.
Go to Homepartners.com for more information. I'm a registered Realtor with the program and would be happy to help you with the process. Give me a call at 727-642-8908 or email me at barb@deggans.com.
